The experience includes a guided tasting of the five varieties of organic extra virgin olive oil produced on our estate, offering a unique opportunity to explore the diversity, characteristics, and quality of our farm’s products. During the tasting, you will learn how to recognize aromas, fragrances, fruity notes, the balance between bitterness and spiciness, and all the distinctive qualities that define a high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

Estate Tour with Premium Tastings
An experience dedicated to lovers of wine, nature, and the Tuscan way of life.
Accompanied by Alberto, the fourth generation of the Mora family of winegrowers, you will discover Poderi Arcangelo through a guided tour of the estate, vineyards, and winery, immersing yourself in the family’s history and philosophy of organic production.
During the tour, you will visit the estate’s most representative vineyards and gain an in-depth understanding of the cultivation and winemaking techniques that bring our wines to life. A unique opportunity to discover the connection between terroir, tradition, and innovation in the heart of the Tuscan countryside.
The experience continues with a guided tasting of:
