Vinification: early harvesting of our Vernaccia grapes. Soft pressing of the grapes with selection of the must flower. Fermentation carried out with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15 ° C. Brut sparkling wine obtained according to the Charmat method.
Organoleptic notes: Straw yellow colour. Wide, fruity and floral, embodies all the typical fragrance of San Gimignano Vernaccia grapes. Soft, sweet and savory, balanced, with delicate fruity scents.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, ideal for any meal, it goes perfectly with lean appetizers and fish dishes in general. Serve cold at 8 – 10 ° C.
