Vinification: early harvesting by hand of our Merlot and Sagiovese. Soft pressing of the grapes with selection of the must flower. Fermentation carried out with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15 ° C. Brut sparkling wine obtained according to the Charmat method.
Organoleptic notes: suggestive intense rose color. Nice scents of fruits and red flowers. Its freshness and sapidity make this wine easy drinkable in very occasion.
Combinations: Excellent as an aperitif, ideal for any meal, it goes perfectly with lean appetizers and fish dishes in general.
