Vinification: selection of grapes in vineyards with a density of about 5,400 plants per hectare. Soft pressing of the grapes with separation from the skins. Fermentation in stainless steel with selected yeasts at controlled temperature.
Organoleptic notes: brilliant straw yellow. Fine aromatic bouquet, harmonious with hints of white peach, broom and a hint of honey. The palate is fresh, savory and elegant, long lasting with the characteristic notes of almond.
Pairings: excellent with Tuscan cured meats, white meats in a pan and baked fish.
Serve at 10-12°.
